Midjourney’s Retexture - Edit YOUR OWN IMAGES in Midjourney's AI Image Editor!
What is Retexture in Midjourney?
Retexture is a powerful feature in Midjourney that allows you to modify the texture, material, or surface appearance of objects in your images while maintaining their original shape and composition. This feature is particularly useful when you want to:
- Transform the material of objects (e.g., from wood to metal)
- Change the surface texture (e.g., from smooth to rough)
- Modify the pattern or finish of items in your image
Who Can Use Retexture?
The Retexture feature is currently in testing phase and is available to select users who meet the following criteria:
- Users who have generated at least 10,000 images
- Users with an annual subscription
- Users who have maintained monthly subscriptions for the past 12 months
Please note that this feature is currently only available through the Midjourney website and is not accessible to all users. Access to this feature is being gradually rolled out as part of the testing phase.
